Job Description

  • Familiarize yourself with various types of clients’ business inside-out from trading, manufacturing, service, construction, hospitality and many more. Understanding all the related internal workflows and design the implementation workflow that would economize all the process as a whole uniquely for each business.
  • Analyze and apply the work process to our software capabilities with all written documents and templates to provide the best and simplest service for out clients.
  • Working and cooperating with other teams like Sales, Customer Service, Programmers, Managers, and sometimes our partners or business alliance to help our clients grow systematically.

Who are we looking for?

  • Obedient, reasonable, mature, report regularly.
  • Very responsible. There will not be a lot of meetings to attend since everyone knows what they have to do on a yearly-quarterly plans.

  • Provide fast and efficient service so the customers do not feel left out. Solve problems through multi-channels such as calls, chats, remote, email, etc.
  • Contact and respond to customers’ requests with precision and care without forgetting or having to be reminded.
  • Always summarize and communicate concisely.
  • Record everything and report regularly.
  • Present new ideas, solutions, and developments to our software production manager to better our products since we are lean organization we can do this quickly.
  • Learn daily and acquire more knowledge if you like to move forward with our diverse career path.

Who are we looking for?

  • Obedient, reasonable, mature, report regularly.
  • Have been through other service career would be a plus.
  • Tested for good EQ. Capable of handling clients’ emotions professionally.
